The services listed below are available in our Standard Agreement and can be modified to suit the needs of your home.

January

  • Clean and seal countertops

  • Put hair dissolver in bathroom sinks, tubs and showers

March  

  • Change AC filters in inside units, check 

  • drainage pan and inspect unit  

  • Clean drip pans and drains in inside air handler units 

  • Vacuum all AC registers and return air grills

  • Inspect exterior paint  

  • Flush out water heater

  • Snow removal

  • Full AC maintenance

  • Clean/vacuum heating ducts, grills and registers  

  • Inspect weather stripping around doors and replace as needed  

  • Check perimeter and foundation for any openings  

  • Replace smoke and carbon monoxide alarm batteries

  • Change AC filters in inside units, check drainage pan and inspect unit

  • Put away summer cushions/outdoor furniture

  • Check traps and vents for all radiators

  • Clean and store outdoor furniture  

  • Check under sinks for leaks

November

  • Inspect fireplace and chimney  

  • Winterize plantings  

  • Back yard cleanup/clean leaves off roof

  • Clean dishwasher strainer

  • Water turn off & blow out all outdoor lines
